Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Washing Machine Covers.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Size mismatch (if exchange is unavailable)
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received

1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• The washing machine cover must be unused, unwashed, and not installed.
• Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
• Products showing signs of usage, washing, fitting, tearing, or stains will not be accepted.
• Minor variations in color, print, or size (±1–2 cm) are not considered defects.
• Customized or size-specific covers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
